Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

All items are custom produced once an order is placed. Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

  • Free return shipping
  • No restocking fee
  • No final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work to provide a replacement.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, we are not responsible for issuing a refund.

If the item is returned to us, reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.


Size Issues

We provide sizing charts on all applicable product pages.

Because items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues unless the item is defective or mislabeled.
